A first release of the New Year!

This release contains some bug fixes I worked on over the Christmas holiday period. Namely:

bliss now copes with albums and tracks with no artist tag
Improved performance when scanning directories of up to 4,000 tracks
Copes with (but doesn't create) linked art, where a URL to the album art is stored within a music file rather than the art itself
Fixed a problem where if a file already existed where another file was being renamed to, bliss would continually attempt the fix
