Release 20130416 - fixed Discogs art download

A couple of weeks ago, one of the servers bliss uses was hit by an attack which initially appeared to be a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack. Subsequent investigations suggested that the attack may not have been intended to bring down our servers, as such, but to access and download advertisements, possibly for spam related purposes. Anyway, the actual outcome was that our servers couldn't cope with the load, and I had to block out the outside world.

As a result of blocking the server to the outside world, however, Discogs cover art could no longer be downloaded by bliss. This new release contains a fix for this problem, and also a nice added bonus that a newer version of OneMusicAPI is used which should improve cover art matching overall.

I suggest existing users first perform a cleanup of existing code and then download the latest installer and install it manually, replacing the current installation.

Your existing fixes will be retained!
