This release fixes a couple of problems around the new “ignore compliance” feature, and an issue in the file path rule. We also improved the reporting of errors when updating tags.
In the new ignore compliance feature we had an outstanding problem for certain types of rule: those that governed individual tags.
The most prominent examples of this were the missing tag and tag accuracy rules. In some cases, marking these as ignored would show an error.
Either:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Couldn't find evaluator for []
Or:
No enum constant com.elsten.bliss.music.policy.tagsync.PolicyDescriptions.Sync.StrictSyncOption.[]
This is fixed in this version.
There was also a problem that occurred non-deterministically when selecting the rules for an album. This has also now been fixed.
Further fixes
- Update our record of where the cover art is stored when music file paths change.
- Show the full error when we fail to update tags.
