Release 20140226 - better resilience to cover art database outage

This release finalises the work following Discogs' change of cover art download policy. There're actually no changes in this release that directly reference Discogs; instead, we make better use of OneMusicAPI's (which uses Discogs) results. When a piece of cover art is not downloadable, we move onto the next.

One other change to this release is that the Windows installer (setup.exe) is now code signed. This means you can be sure that the installer you download has been created by elsten software, and has not been changed. I also changed the icon for the installer and some of the metadata inside the installer file.

Downloading and installing

You can download from the downloads page. After you click through, installation instructions are available on the page following download.

The in-app updater can be used by existing users. You can also download the latest installer and install it "over the top", replacing the current installation. Fixes licences, already purchased, will be retained!

Thanks to Philip Kromer for the image above.
